I am sorry to hear your marriage is becoming delayed because of your weight.
You can however drop a substantial amount of weight without the need for medicines or pills.
People often overlook how the body burns fat, and look for shortcuts but there isn't one.
What you eat accounts for 80% of your weight loss. So try and aim for 5-6 small meals a day with a good range of lean protein(chicken), fresh greens(spinach) and good fat(avocados).
By just doing this, your body will flush out all the unwanted toxins and you'll be looking a lot trimmer within a week.
All the best,

No problem, I'm glad to help.
I see, that is a very high carbohydrate diet. And in actual fact when you eat carbs and they're stored, they reatain 3x as much water, which is all unwanted weight.
Do you eat meat? And do you have access to vegetables and lentils or something?
Also, do you drink a lot of water? Sometimes you can confuse hunger with thirst and drinking the right amount of water can help you lose up to 3X more weight.
Let me know the answers to these, and I'll try help you even further.
