This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Actually i visit an ent doctor and talking about those symptom but he didn't give me any x ray he just gave me some meds and a drops for nose and yes said about sinus infection.and i also mention about bad breath then he said about many ways which are reason for bad breath .but i m not rich to check my whole body but i m sure that bad breath not come from my mouth . Its from sinus , post nasal drip or any other pls sir help me

I understand.

What happens is this. If you have an allergy, it irritates
the mucous membranes of the nose. Then it thins out
the membranes of the nose bc it creates more mucous.

As the membranes get thin, this lets in bacteria so there can
always be some infection going on and this can cause the
bad breath.

do you want to go thru your sets of questions for this??

Did not mean to interfere, just thought it is a sinus /allergy issue.

Actually my ent doc didn't mention anything he just said to me it was happening because of anaerobic bacteria or it will post nasal drip he said to me for a surgery and so on but i m not able to do all those

stop all medicines and have silicea 6x and kali phos 6x ,5 tablets of each three times a day. feed back after 7 days.

Hi, follow what Anuj said to do.

Is it possible for you to ask the ENT, what exactly the
surgery would be???

Sometimes they want to do surgery to correct a deviated
septum, sometimes they want to do it to remove
a polyp- it would be good to ask exactly what is it
he wants to fix here. Many, many Ent's always want to do
surgery and the Dr. did not give you a good explanation,
and most of the time surgery is not needed.

Sir one thing what i notice that when i come home from outside i found my mouth and nose dry nose is paining and feel like some thing try to come out then i try to dust come out from my nose but it didn't happen but dust easily come out from my mouth. And i feel my bad breath too and most of the time i found my left nose is blocked without any colds

Little positive but not effective to overcome the disease dust comeing out mouth means at a time i also tried to through my cough and there i found all those dust and my nose dust is white babbles like that

Sorry sir there was nothing happen.at all . But when i keep quiet i mean don't talk at all then i don't found any bad breath but when i start speaking for 2 or3 minutes my bad breath gradually come out and i feel dryness in my mouth then bad breath getting stronger. Thanks to you sir still helping me.

do you get a feeling of your tongue sticking to the roof/palate,when your mouth becomes dry.
