I personally do not live near water. I do live in Michigan which is surrounded by water but I live in the city with houses all around me. I have lived here all my life and havent been near water since last summer. i will say that Feb 2013 we went to Florida (inland) where I started to cough at night mostly and it went away for the most part til nov 30. I did not have the sensation in my chest til after this Dec/Jan major coughing episode. I will be going back to Florida in a couple weeks to escape the cold and snow for a bit.

I can only find Kali carb in 30 potency in my area. Otherwise I would need to order it and that may take a week.

I have taken the one dose of Kali carb 30 yesterday afternoon. Didn't notice much change yesterday. Though looking back over the last . 24 hours I will say the breathing sensation is slightly reduced as is the coughing.

I have continued with the cell salt. Cough seems to be about 75% better. When I do cough, mainly there is no bits of phlegm. I do not wake anymore coughing at night. The last two days I really have not had the breathing sensation thoughI seem to be able to tell when my next dose of cell salt is due because it feels like it will start if I dont take it. What should I do next?.

I apologize for posting sooner than a week but I thought it best to ask your opinion. I left MI , which was very cold and snowy, for a vacation in Florida for a week. it is very sunny and 80 degrees. up until today my cough and breathing issue was very much improved. Earlier this afternoon I felt the wierd breathing thing start and took a dose of mag phos and it went away. This evening I feel like I have a small pepple lodged in the right side of my throat. I mainly notice it is there everytime I swallow. I seem to be trying to clear my throat more frequently too. Any suggestions on what to take because I do not want to mess up the progress we have made with the current protocol you gave me. I did bring my 50 case remedies in 200 potency. thank you for your time

I have been regularly taking mag phos. I will take a dose of he par sulph...my pellets are like sand. What would be considered a dose?

The hepar sulph got rid of the pebble feeling after the first dose.
Still taking the mag phos 3 times a day but once yesterday and once today I have felt that wierd breathing sensation. tonight we just got back from being near the ocean to watch a rocket launch and upon returning home I felt it and took my mag phos as i do before bed. it seems to be going away. i have also noticed that last night and throught today my coughing seems to be occuring more frequently and I want to clear my throat more.I am still on vacation and sleeping hasnt been the best and now the coughing is adding to it.

I thought the he par sulph was to get rid of the pebble feeling in my throat which happened only once.

The two remedies we have been using was Kali Carb (one dose) and mg phos 3 times a day all along to help the cough and weird breating feeling?

OK hepar sulph three times a week (like Tonight, Sat night and Monday night?).
I only have 200 potency with me.

Continue Mag phos three times daily

I have taken the three doses of Hepar Sulph in a week and continued to take the mag phos 3 times a day.
My coughing seems to have stayed the same or possibly even gotten a bit worse and the phlegm is starting to be an issue again. When I cough, it isnt a cough, cough, cough...it is more like one forceful cough or two to get out the bit of phlegm that comes out, if it does. If I am not coughing it seems like I am trying to clear my throat. Coughing is still occuring at night when I am sleeping...a couple times that I am aware of. The breathing issue hasnt occured since Sun.

The same mag phos 6x I have been taking 3 times a dsy? Just dissolve it in hot water first? What does the hot water do?
