Help needed for 14 year old Autistic boy with Epilepsy

My cousin's son is autistic and has been suffering from Epilepsy. He gets attacked 2/3 times month. He is under allopathic medication.

He was ok till 18 months. He even started talking. He had devastating fever at that age and since then he lost his words and started deteorating.

He started having epilepsy since he was 10 years old. Before few days of attack he gets very restless. When he has attack it last for less than a minute,he turns blue, locked jaw.And then falls asleep.Mostly just before sleep and occassionally during sleep or just after getting up from sleep. The allopathic medicine has damaged him in many ways.My cosin wants to shift to Homeopathy.
His other symptoms are:
Creves sweets.
Finds it difficult to fall asleep.Suffers from insomnia.
Suufers feom severe headche. Then bangs his head violently.Attacks his parents.Bites them, scratches them.
He is very averse to loud sound or bright light.
Please doctors help my nephew.
