acid reflux laryngitis

Hello all. My friend has troubles every October after or during her visit to the shore with laryngitis. Last year it lasted 2-3 months, moving to bronchitis and pneumonia. Nothing her MD had could cure her. One day it just went away and quickly as it came on.

She also has acid reflux. She is taking Prilosec. The MD has concluded that the laryngitis is from the acid.

Today she is taking Nat Mur 30c 3x per day for irritated larynx, laryngitis, loss of voice, dry cough and tight chest. No pain. After 1 day she is improving. Cough is becoming productive.

My question is, what to follow Nat Mur with? Or wait and see. I am thinking about the acid. Regards, Joy

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
She may use Nat Phos 6x (biochemic) for her Acid Reflux.

Dose 2 tablets taken after lunch and dinner.

If the Nat Mur is helping her cough she should continue with it.

Virus infections should be treated as soon as they are first noticed like when one's throat starts to irritate. The remedy I recommend is Belladonna 30c taken 4 times daily.

If the infection starts with the nose leading to a cold, the remedy is Ferr Phos 30x 2 tablets taken in the same dosage.

Dear friend, I agree with Mr Joe. You are advised to take Nat. Phos (biochemic) in alternation with Nat. Mur 6x . No other medicine is needed, please wait a little then say
