UPDATE : first I need to discuss my overall condition followed by measles situation. Two weeks ago I was diagnosed with extreme low levels of vit D and early stage of arthritis.. I started taking heavy doses of vit D and in 3 days my depression vanished … though past week was devastating for me (my brother being hospitalised for measles) but depression didn’t return. Pollen allergy is at bay and doesn’t bother me much , however, I did visit hospital twice in emergency only on the occasion of seasonal rain in pollen season… as soon as it starts raining outside my airways start constricting followed by emergency visit to hospital.
We didn’t start morbillinum yet as someone told us to do a test MMR(measles, mumps, rubella) immune test … so the result shows that I have immunity to measles and mumps (but not rubella) as we may have been vaccinated…. So far we (after 5 days of exposure)have not encountered any symptoms of measles so far but fear what if we get it later (incubation period of 10-14 days)… I am only experiencing high blood pressure 130/95 or slightly lower ( maybe due to lack of sleep and stress relating to my brother’s condition… and today I have this slight blunt pain under the upper right side of abdomen under righ rib cage… may be due to constipation… do you still recommend that I take Rubillinum 200 or no need as I am already immune or it may trigger measles being nosode… if you recommend then single dose means 5 drops in water ?
Plz advice

I’ve taken these meds and no symptom of measles has set in so far …. Due to stress of contracting such such plus cracks in house due to earthquake has ignited my depression upto 15% … now I don’t apparently feel allergies including rhinitis but in evening time I feel breathless due to wheezing brought upon by thick tenacious inch long phlegm which is stuck in my chest … I feel relief after I spit them out … it feels like yellow greenish or transparent tenacious lumps of inch long … they don’t come out easily till I nebulise … I have brought Ambrosia 200 but haven’t used it …. Plz recommend meds that can clear this clogged phlegm… may there are allergies inside but they don’t show up in form of allergy symptoms
