Mild fever with weakness and migraine headache

Sex - Female
Age - 24
Body built - Normal
Complexion - Fair
Weather - summer season, temp 38/25 Celsius

Symptoms:-
Mild fever.
Migraine headache. Severe headache.
Pain in the eye, jaw, ear, left tonsil.
Severe coryza from nose, not able to breath properly sometimes. Water continuously flowing from nose.
Slight body pain.
Lips are getting very dry.
Not able to sleep properly, restlessness present.
No thirst.
Great weakness, not able to stand or walk. Feeling dizy. Sometimes it feels like I have no control on my tongue.
Normal stool.

I have taken Beledonna 30 and Bryonia 30 but no improvement were seen.
Please suggest a medicine.

In fever you need to repeat low potencies many times. How many doses did you take and in what intervals?

Did you try pulsatilla?

On 1st day evening I have tried Beledonna 30 at 30 mins interval for 4 times.
On 3 rd morning tried Bryonia 30 at 30 mins interval for 4 times.
Its 4th day now.
Haven't tried Pulsatilla till now.

If permitted to suggest then I would ask to take Gelsemium Sempervirens 30, with a gap of 2 hours for one day.

Thanks for the suggested medicine. I have taken Gelsemium 30 as suggested. Feeling lot Better now.
Still some weakness is present now and my cough has increased now. Its dry cough and my throat is hurting while coughing.
Should I continue the same medicine. Please suggest.
