Yes the 80-90% clear stays clear. we are working on remaining 20%.

I will try hitting 20 times and see if it helps further.

also do you suggest i should use the ocean nasal spray? i bought it but haven't started using it.

The spray is for symptoms relief only- it is just a non toxic way to clear allergens
out of your nose-and sinus to stop inflammation of membranes. If you
have gone this long without using it- then don't use it now while doing the remedy.

Hi Simone..

Took one dose a day ago(hitting 20 times). feel more mucus being expectorated and very slight movement at the point where i feel blockage inside ear .will report back in 1-2 days if any improvement.

Cannot say how much %,but medicine seems to be doing something. improvement seems to be reducing everyday though.

I am feeling difference ,though the progress is little slow,but its definitely working.

How many pellets will i need to take in 200c?

Taking the current dose in 30c makes me feel sick and it takes 2-3 days to get over the aggravation,so i am little concerned taking higher potency.how strong will it be?

I think the 200c may aggravate a bit, but then can give you
relief for a longer period and end this. It is possible that the
aggravation will actually be less than 30c.

Wait until this dose you just did wears off and you are stalled
again. Mix 3 pills ( 200) in a quarter cup of water and take one
tsp as a dose.

Do i take just one dose(1 tsp) out of the quarter cup of water? or there will be multiple doses taken at different times of the day?

Hi Simone,

Took the dose as suggested 4 days ago.
I was feeling worse than before ,ear felt more heavier and irritating.

Today Feeling like same point where we left before 200 C dose.

Also wanted to mention this :

i have been noticing some mucus in my left ear, i used to feel it sometime before too before we started the medication especially after having diary products ,but from last few days its consistent, not as bad as issue with right ear ,i thought it will go away,but it is not .

Please suggest next steps.

Its almost 10 days since we last talked.

Don't see any improvement yet,its same where it was 10 days ago.

It worsened the first few days after taking dose ( i mentioned in our last conversation) ,then came back to what it was and has been pretty constant till today.

Please suggest.
