Hello dr i am 30 yr old male suffering from hair loss for the past 10-11 yrs pls help me out and suggest medicine

sir,am a 20yr. old boy.
at the age of 18. i tried hair straightener cream and since then i have lost a lots n lots of hair. now the hair fall has stopped, but have a receding hairline.
when am under bright light the hair loss is easily visible.
*i have male pattern baldness,which is characterized by the thinning or loss of hair on the crown of the head or receding from the temples. A horseshoe pattern of hair around the sides and back of the head.
*i used to have long black thick hair before.
*my father as well as my grandfather had the same problem.
*sir, also i have diff. diff. spots where the hair loss is more as compared to the overall scalp.
1) i have a very bad sleeping pattern or i should say the worst than any1 can have.
2)sir i smoke daily.
3)and most of the time suffer from constipation.
4)i am stressed most of the time, thinking about my career.
5)i once suffered form vit. d3 deficiency.
#typhoid also but the hair fall started much b4 that.
6)i have oily skin and have a very bad dandruff. when i got my head shaved...dandruff looked like the thick soiled layer on the base of grass when we pull it out.
**now sir i took an advice from my friend's sister (she's studying homeopathy) abt it and she told me to have SBL scalptone tablets and she told me use the concoction of dr.reckeweg jaborandiQ(ALC.93%) + DR.RECKEWEG arnica mont.Q(alc.56%)+ coconut hair oil in 1:1:1 ratio**

pls advice sir how should i go abt to get my hair back. pls pls pls help sir.

I had severe dandruff problem from last 1 year, because of that my hair started Grey, Hair loss is also increased.

I was diagnosed that I had stress issue. My age is 35/ over weight of 90 Kgs. enegy level is also less. HB 9.0 no other issue. Please advise me immediate effective medicine to remove dandruff I tried so many options in Homeopathy but not getting results I hop you will help me to free from dandruff and hair fall.

Hello Dr.kumar.DR. I am 22 year old male and I am suffering from hair fall for 3-4 months.prior to that I had horrible acne which lasted around 1 year.and in order to cure them I'd taken accutane,doxycycline,azithramycin,flukzone.I also taken sulphur of 30 potency.but now doctor I m loosing hair drastically. And my both sides have become completely bald.recently I had taken biotin,bicosules capsules and used minoxidil 2% solution on my bald sides but everything goes in vain.and I am still loosing my hair.so plz doctor suggest me any medicine which stop further hairfall and help in regrow hair on my bald sides if possible. And doctor I am not sure whether it is male pattern baldness or not.but none of my family member has bald head.plz help me doctor.

Male pattern baldness-you need to ascertain if grandparents,
uncles , etc on the maternal side of your family have had
this, besides the male ancestors. If it is genetic, homeopathy
cannot help- the only thing you can do is hair transplants.

Stop taking minoxidil and any other things like rogain etc
bc they lower your testosterone levels and you will become
depressed and endanger your health.

If you need help with the acne, that can be helped.

It sounds like she is not able to absorb nutrients very well.

Alfalfa tonic helps weight gain and overall strength.

Has she had any blood tests? Like a CBC ( complete blood count)

She could be anemic.

How long has she been taking Alfalfa?
Any results?

On the hair oil and Scalptone- I don't feel this will cure anything-
She needs the correct remedies so that her digestion and
blood is right, and no weakness. Then her hair will be right too.

I would like to know what her blood count is. If she is not
getting results from Alfalfa you can put her case on here and
I can see if I can help or find her the right help.

after seeing her condition Dr. said she is anemic. this is true
2. no blood test has been done yet i do not think her parents would take her for blood test bc they dont take hairfall seriously,
she z been taking alfalfa from past one month Dr. have told her to take thrice in a day but she is taking once only. i need to check with her again.

She can start with the biochemic cell salts/tablets- like you are taking.

Have her start with Calc Phos 6x, Ferrum Phos 6x and Nat Mur
6x. 3 tabs of each 3 times a day. These salts build up the
red blood cells. ( 9 tablets all at the same time, 3x a day)

She should report to you how it is going after 4 days of taking
them - she is going to have to take them longer than that, but
I like to make sure nothing is having any ill effect and has
to be changed.

I had spoken to her just now. Said she feels pain sometime in the roots of the hair. And headache too sometimes. This hairfall is happening wid her from past two years approx. since then she hss not noticed ne growth in her body.

Hello, I am 22 years old, i am female, from 3-4 years I am suffering from hair loss now have baldness.
because of hair loss now easily i can see my scalp mainly on frontal area & middle portion of head, sides also you can say all over my head. My skin is completely dry, I don't have dandruff. I really want my hairs back. i use to take talvit z by talha multivitamins but nothing happened.
