Attn Joe de Livera, wet dose
Hi,Can a wet dose be made from all remedies?, should it?
Can I use 5 (or 3) globules of a remedy with 400ml of water disregarding the potency. How can I determine how many tablespoons to take from this, or does it also not change.
Thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The Wet Dose can be used for all remedies but I have found that this method of taking a remedy is not convenient if it has be taken for a short while as the balance of the bottle if left in light can attract algae growth.
I use it for remedies to be taken on a daily basis for chronic ailments like Arthritis and in my case to take the teaspoonful of Arnica 30 which I have taken for the last 10 years nightly.
The great advantage is that the Wet Dose seems to increase the potency of the remedy with the succussion that one is expected to make before sipping the tsp thereby making the remedy more potent and the body to react better.
The dose is constant and is best at one teaspoonful sipped slowly. It still remains a dose whether a tablespoon or even perhaps a drop is taken. I believe that it is the frequency of taking the dose that matters.
The mystery of this technique is further deepned when one uses a remedy for say Asthma for which ailment I use Nat Sulph 6c in the Split Dose where one tsp of the remedy is taken from the bottle and it is mixed with half cup of water from which a tsp is sipped. This usually makes the remedy more potent to help the Asthma which usually is cured in the case of chronic Asthmatics in about 2 weeks. The remedy however must be taken every other day for about 6 months after which it can be stopped and the curative aspect verified. I may mention here that I have many Chronic Asthmatics who were using 2 inhalers morning and 2 other inhalers in the evening who do not use any inhalers any more and only use the remedy every other day.
All lthat is necessary is just 1 drop if you have the liquid remedy or 3 globules if you have the dry remedy to be dropped into 500ml water. I have advised to decant 100 ml as the water does not get sufficiently agitated with the shock wave which is essential for successful succussion.
This wet dose method cannot be used for the Biochemic remedies which are usually triturated and are in the decimal potencies (x) and must be swallowed whole like Nat Phos 6x for gastric conditions.

Hello Joe,
thanks for the explanation!
I was wondering: if i drop 3 globules of arnica 30c (for example) in 400 ml, how long (from your valuable experience) does it take to finish the 400ml if i take 2 teaspoons a day? i assume it needs to be refrigerated.
thanks!

A question I have had with respect to wet dosing is whether the agitation must happen immediately before dosing or if it can happen anytime between doses. Thanks!

I note that you have not inserted the word OR in the first line which should read:
" I was wondering if 1 drop OR 3 globules".
The point I wish to make is that you do not have to use both the globules and the drop of the arnica to activate the 400ml spring water.
I have not worked out how many teaspoonfuls you can get from a bottle but those who use this method report that it lasts them about 3 months. It is best to refrigerate the remedy and you are advised to put a sticker on the bottle stating that it is not for general consumption as many bottles of activated water have been drunk by others who see the bottle in the fridge and conclude that it can be used to satisfy their thirst !
To Daisy
The bottle which is activated must be succussed at least 6 times by shaking it hard to ensure bubbling prior to each dose.
