Kind Attn : Dr Hzady (Kid with multiple allergies

My son who is 4.5 now has multiple food allergies ( wheat/corn/peanut/egg white & dust mites) and also mild case of asthma.
I diagnosed his Wheat allergy when he was 1 year old. Since then we’ve kept him off the wheat.
When he turned 3, we got his blood test done and found out multiple food allergies.
His symptoms are
1. Generally starts with sneezing and itchy/runny nose.
2. In 1-2 days, he gets badly congested and starts wheezing.
3. He gets cold/cough quite frequent especially in winter times.

1. On normal days, Shortness of breath after he plays.
2. He is mostly congested when he wakes up. But gets alright after sometime.
4. At night, he snores sometimes and I noticed that he sometimes breathes from his mouth.

Treatment We give:
1. The moment he starts sneezing and itchy/runny nose with watery eyes, I give him Benadryl.
2. Nebulize him with Albuterol a few times a day (max. 3) for 2-3 days and he gets better.
3. From last 2 months, I’ve been giving him half teaspoon ginger juice/1 teaspoon honey every morning.

Few months back he had pneumonia and it took him a long time to recover.
Although he has recovered from pneumonia, but his skin around eyes and nose has turned dark. He looks tired although he is active.
I've kept him off the milk too. As per blood test report, he doesn’t have allergy to Milk but I just feel that it doesn’t do good with his morning cough.
Please please give me any insight..

For now, My main concern is his Dark Circles and dark area around nose.
