hi, my homeopathy doctor advice me to take Gelsimium 30c for anxiety and panic attack with shaking hand and weakness.

he advice to take half cup water and put one drop of Gelsimium and take one tps from the and throw rest of the water, please advice if this method is ok.

Please also advice can I continue to take multivitamins with the treatment.

Nature of work: Finance
Habits: no smoking/ no alcohol
1..Describe your main suffering? State the correct location.

*Anxiety and depression. Always feeling ill (dizziness, headache, weakness, panic attack)

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?

*pain in upper back, left arm and upper chest (cardiac is rolled out with eco and TMT normal) diagnosed with Disk Bugling as C5-C6-C7 with no nerve compresses, shaking hand.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?

*Lethargic, unmotivated, not going for social gathering, always want to be at home, not interested in work

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words.

*I don't want to talk any one just want to sleep or see any one point not even want to move my head. Felling hungry. I feel lost and confused.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?

*it all started since last 5 months when the pain started and I was thinking something will happened to me. Now almost all medical reports are normal.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?

*Mornings are the worst. After bath and breakfast when I have to go to office. At home still I am feeling better.

7. What are the things that aggravate your suffering and those that ameliorate the same? Example: time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc.

*going out or even thinking for going out,

8. Do you think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?

* may be I am from India and staying in middle east (with wife and children) but still missing my parents and siblings. But I am here since last 7 years.

*Hot weather

*Nervous, scared

*Yes, but not too much attention

*I am sensitive to noise and light

* I love them and want to be around them but don't want to talk or play with them.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
* I fear that something will happen to me then who will take care of my family.

12. What do you crave in food items and what are your aversions?
*I crave sweet. Not much

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?

14. How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
*Excessive (I feel hungry every after 2-3 hours and I can’t control also)

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand? *n/a

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?

*More in head.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
*sleeping for 7-8 hours but still feeling dull and in night I getup 2-3 time without any reason. Posture keep on changing.
19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
*No, since last 4-5 months, otherwise it was ok.

20. Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings? How are you different from others?
*My left hand cannot grip tightly. My face is not looking smiling.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
*I am taking concor2.5 and olmesarten 20 for hypertension

*height – 5’10’’ weight 79kg, tummy is more. Thin legs.

U mean panic attacks started 5 months back? Can u give details?

first it is started with sudden mood change when i was in a social gathering and i was not feeling well (feeling like i don't have energy and having dizziness). than after few days in feb 14, i started feeling pain in upper back (left side) and slowly it goes to upper chest and arm till fingers. pain was continuous for full day. in march 14 I have done MRI for brain and spine. brain MRI was normal and spine MRI shows disk Bugling at C5-C6-C7 with no nerve compress. Since then I an so panic that some thing will happened to me. although my other reports (cardiac eco, TMT) all were normal. but whenever I am feeling some dizziness (may be physiological) i am started shivering and heavy sweating with increased heart rate and increased BP also than i have to take rest and it will normal after 20 min. but when ever its comes, some time while driving some time in office also. the frequency is now increase. till april it was 1-2 times in a month but now almost every week. Doctors are saying medically there is no issues it is physiological and itis effecting my normal life very badly. now days i am feeling hungry also and want to eat every 2 hours.

one does means - one drop of 30c in half cup of water and taken i tsp from that. I should wait for how many days. I was suggested for kali phosoricum also (2 pills twice daily for 7 days) i have takes the same also 3 doses.
Please advice i should wait for some improvement or any other reason.

Smarty b-

Bc you did not know what was going on with your spine- you were having
nerve reactions, feeling unwell, etc. The spine is your bodies immune and
electric wiring system, so when things are not connecting right you are going
to have pain/weakness etc.

Bc you did not know- the sensations make you afraid, you have a thought like
what is happening to me- and this thought sets off a body survival response.
Adrenalin is released and other chemicals to make sure you can 'survive'

After this happens, the body 'remembers' the previous sensations and when they
come up again, the lower brain remembers- very very fast- less then a second.
It then sets off the same response as the first time- releases adrenalin and hormones
to help you flee or fight. This is just how the body works and is wired up to
keep us safe.

You have to treat the disc problems to get some relief. I would start with getting
some good massage- Shiatsu if you can find a trained person, or next best
a really well trained acupressure massage person. Next, you have to change
habits that make this go on. ( computer has to be at eye level, do not read in bed or
look down at your phone or ipad in bed, sleep on your back with neck support- this
restores the spine at night, very important that you exercise - take a walk everyday
for a half hour at least bc this starts the blood pumping into the neck area and
healing things. You have to be very strict with yourself on repetitive bending of
the neck- even tiny bending of the neck- this is what mostly causes the problem.

A. Get the problem handled- it can be fixed.
B. Know that the weird sensations are not some serious disease- and remember
that your body has 'recorded this as a serious threat' when you have these
sensations.Work on fixing the real problem and telling yourself you don't have
to panic-little by little the panic will start to leave bc you understand the process.

Thanks for you response and advice. I am also thinking the same and trying to find out the remedy to come out from this situation. Already suffering since last 5 months and don't know when it will fully cure. Except massage I am following all as advice by you. Know I need to remove problem from my brain. That is why I am here. Thanks again.

Zady will help you here.

I just wanted to make sure you understood there are two things
going on here- bc when people get a panic attack it should really
be a one time event usually. But due to the way the body is set up
'remembering' people can have more encountering the same
type of events, smells, sounds, sensations as when the first one
happened. Bc this is a survival mechanism, it can go off in a split
second and the low brain shuts down blood flow to the front brain and
your ability to over- ride this gets hijacked-

The more you know how this works, you start to have some space
before panic where you can calm down and re-train your brain
that there is no emergency going on. It takes some time, and one
should not avoid the things that set it off- if you keep doing them
you de-sensitize the brain faster.

What have you actually done for your neck? That is very important to
get that back on track.

Hi Zady,

After 3 day slight improvement is there. But yesterday evening again I got panic attack. I was felling pain in chest and sweeting and my bp also raise 170/110. I went emergency but ECG was normal and they discharge me. Please advice for further course of action. Thanks

Aconite nap 30 single dose u will take only when are anticipating a panic attack. You can put 5 pills in your mouth.

Now, you have to repeat gels in water once only as before.

Acon only during actual panic thing, otherwise not needed. 1 drop in some water or directly on tongue.

Gels one dose now and update me after 3-4 days, we will decide.

i have taken Gels as advice by you. same three days it was ok yesterday again i was feeling some this panic and took Acon then it was normal after some time. But still I am not comfortable with social gathering and feeling shaking, sweating, headache and dull. please advice for further course of treatment.
