Eye infection

I am looking for a rememdy for the following symptoms:

1. Left eye affected only
2. Redness in white of eye and lids
3. Very red and swollen inner corner of eye
4. Inner corner of eye feels like there is something in it
5. Swollen lids; lower lid primarliy
6. Some itching
7. Some sensitivity to pressure when touching closed eye
8. Continuous watering
9. Limited mucus or pus type discharge

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Besides frequently washing Eyes with Ice cold water ...
Use Bell-30c, one drop direct on tongue, atleast 3 times a day, till symptoms persist.
ALSO IMPORTANT : Use Euphrasia-Q Eye drops (readily available OTC). one drop in each eye, every two hours, till symptoms persist. AND thereafter one drop in each eye, every 5th hour for 7-10 days.

then inform about the progress.
