eye infection in 3 year old plz help

Our son went to the doctors office for a check up and picked up an infection after playing with toys at the doctors office.

Any homeopathic recommendations for helping him fight off the infection?

Picture attached.

PS. I'm using Colloidal Silver spray and it seems to be helping.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Belladonna 200 twice a day for 2 days. If this doesn't help Pulsatilla 200 in the same way.
