in need of more energy

Hi there. I am on Paxil due to anxiety and I find it works wonders for me but of course the side effect is tiredness/fatigue/low energy. I have tryed to take other herbs/medications to combat this but it then brings back my anxiousness.
I there any homyopathic remadies that I can try just to give me that little extra boost naturally.
