Gynecomastia Problem , Please help me

Sir ,
I'm requesting u to help me please . I am a male, 22 yrs old and I have been suffering from very mild gynecomastia(glandular breast tissue) for about many years. I am in great shape, healthy, and very fit, except for the presence of breast tissue. When it catch cold and if I touch it for some time , it come back in shape means . My chest nipple are puffy. It's not painful . It looks so bad when I wear fitting cloths. I have done workouts in GYM and still now i'm taking and very hard workout in gym , but it's a long term process. It's been 4 months in the gym but no change is seen yet . I was fat about 83 kg now i'm 66 or 67 kg but my chest nipple are seeing same . I want to get free from this problem. I want my chest nipple in it's original shape. Please help me sir.

I don't think it requires treatment. Continue weight training, especially inclined bench press for 6 months or so and then we can evaluate any changes.

Yes I was thinking that too . I have seen all the good looking builders are working out at least 2 or 3 years . Thank u a lot . Please pray for me .
