-when was last occurrance of Amebic dysentery?
"...treated by allopathic medicine..." ; meaning antibiotics ? an amebicide ? has he been given drug to combat infection of the liver and other tissues during Amebic dysentery episode with above ?

is it for mouth ulcer or stomach trouble ?.
what do u mean by "unless life supportive" ?.
what do you mean by skin symptoms ?.
Any other natural treatment like, keeping garlic in the mouth etc.., in addition to your recommended medicine ?.

nitric acid treat father in totality of symptoms--this is premise of homoeopathy--
no other treatments---
life supportive---any medicine -treatment needed to maintain life--in this case father currently not using any such...
common for skin condition to occur with nitric acid --this indicate good response
follow the recomended AVOID list.

earlier in your post, u have mentioned "1 dose only 1 time --no repetition of dose at all any other day.."
is it one dose daily OR 1 dose only ...

possible responces from remedy(this case nitric acid)
(a) no response at all
(b) old symptoms occur (have had in life before)
(c) new symptoms occur (have never had in life before)
for (b) and (c) intensity and ability for patient to adapt must be monitored--this why very important keep in touch by posting all changes..

Three days have been past after taking one dose of Nitric acid 30. There is no improvement noticed in the ulcers. Ulcers in the tongue are still found active. Pain/burning in the tongue and throat is still continuing.Please advice.

Five days back I told you to give MERC. SOL. to your Dad.
By this time he would have been on road to recovery.
Long long list of question and answer sessions doesn't necessarily mean that one will arrive at the appropriate medicine.

report as changes occur--from urination , temperament, stool ,appetite,sleep,....etc--any and all changes must be noted ----and if no changes AT ALL after 3 days--we go deeper into case--if you still 'willing'..

i do not prescribe merc-sol--my choices were narrowed to nit-ac,,calc,,caust and nat-muriaticum----but pankaj does----you follow what advice you think to-and allow that prescriber take responsibility for case--if decide to use merc--direct case to pankaj from here on--its ok---i had chance and nitric acid gave no responce-patient's health all that important --do not mix remedies though..just one--then know what remedy gives response or not---

Since from the very beginnig, my faher is following your advice and taking medicine accordingly, he wants to continue your advice only.
Since Pankaj has adviced to take Merc.Sol 30 alongwith your medicine, what is your advice on this. My end result should be to cure completely. Hence my request to you, is that you jointly decide and let me know.
