Hi all,

I am male, married, 35. I am 6 feet in height and 93 kg weight. I am non smoker non alcoholic. For about two months, I have been feeling very much low in my energy. Lack of concentration and body aches. also feeling numbness in hands and feet and in legs too.
on suggestion of my wife, i checked blood sugar. With random, it was 170 mg/dl and with fasting, it is 144 mg/dl.

I need your help to deal with this issue.
