I am 27 years old male. I have started masturbation since the age of 14. I used to masturbate twice/thrice a day upto age of 24. After that I masturbate once in a day. I don't have any erectile dysfunction but right now I am facing a lot of problem which includes
1. Very low body weight 2.low blood pressure 3. nervousness(stammering) 4.indigestion 5.memory loss 6. lack of concentration 7. chronic insomnia 8. anxiety 9. altitude problem
I have lost my physical and mental health. I am anxious that these problems will ruin my career. Please help.

2.Sensation as pain etc.
3.Condition under which the complaint is aggravated or you feel better like,cold or hot application,cold or hot weather,position as standing,walking,rest etc.
4.Any other complaint any where in the body.
5.Your mental behaviour.
6.Your desire and aversions regarding food,weather,heat,cold,wetness,cloudiness,dryness, company etc.
7.Nature of body secretions as urine,menses,stool,perspiration etc.

Thanks for considering my case. I realize a back pain and a neck pain each and every time (but it is not severe, you can call it uneasiness). Sometimes due to low pressure my hands and legs are trembled and in evening time I feel headache. Cold weather is always favorable for me and I don't like hot and humid condition. I have a bowl disorder problem and it increases with masturbation. Each and every time I feel a lethargic condition and it hamper my studies which will increase my anxiety.
Urine is normal, menses is normal but if I masturbate daily it will become less dense. Sometimes I face a problem regarding constipation and diarrhea simultaneously. Perspiration is normal but I sweat a lot.

take SELENIUM 30, 2 drops in a tablespoon water, 3 times a day for 2 days,dnt eat or drink anything 30 minutes b4 or after medicine,
report how you felt in your headache and mental freshness after 15 days of stopping the course,
also do some exercises like SURYA NAMASKAR (google it or youtube) 10 TIMES DAILY for proper blood flow in whole body,
BHRAMARI PRANAYAM (google it or youtube) 10 TIMES DAILY for mental freshness and anxiety,
