seborrheic dermatitis

i am 33 years old male, suffering from seborrheic dermatitis since last 3-4 years...mild dandruff, now spreading on face, on eyebrows, behind earlobes, upper lips. intensity is very mild.skin looks dry. hair is also turning grey. problems in recalling name.sometimes allergy in right eye make it red, sleeplessness also occur some time....when i make my lifestyle healthy with proper diet, exercise, all symptoms subside. but as soon as i become passive all erupt. please help me out.
