Can't sleep

I'm 53 yrs. old experiencing perimonopause I have been using natural perigesteron cream hormones it has helped me a lot on my insomnia, hot flushes, mood swing am still having problems with foggy mind and vision. My homeopath doctor gave me thyroidinum and 30c thyroidinum I drank it yesterday afternoon now I can't sleep I feel I'm wide awake is there any side effect in this remedy? I don't have any thyroid problems. Please help me out. Thank you
