Stress, hot and humid climates, sweating, emotional distress, financial stress, overexertion, stuffy/hot air, aggravate. Outdoor physical activity ameliorates mental mood and depression. More comfortable and relaxed laying on right side. Better in late morning with 10-11 hours of sleep at night. More mental energy in evening/night. During periods Heat packs applied to lower abdomen during menstrual cramps, laying down under blankets, napping, dark quiet room, drinking hot/warm liquids ameliorate.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)? Hormone imbalance due to PCOS.

Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc. Unmotivated, discouraged, changeable, moody, irritable, quiet, depressed, dwelling on past, daydreaming of future, mentally exhausted, short fused and argumentative at times.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm? Love thunderstorms. Change in weather tends to bring about migraines though.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
take a dose of Calcarea Carb 200 preferably at night before going to sleep.Do not eat or drink any sour article. The medicine will take time to cure but improvements will be noticeable within a week. If it is possible do exercises to burn the fat. Medicine by itself will only stop the accumulation of more fat, it cannot reduce it. Please report every seven days or earlier if there is any problem.

Thank you. I am walking a minimum of 5miles/day six days/week. I'll get Cal Carb 200 today and report after 7 days. Can I continue to take Sabina 30 to control flow as needed?

ddcal 9 years ago
Please do not take any other medicine as that will interfere with calcarea carb.

Okay. I had to order Calcarea Carb 200. It should arrive early next week. How many pellets should I take for a dose? Sublingual or dissolve in water?

ddcal 9 years ago
you can take it any way you like though taking with water gives better results.4 or 5 pellets should be sufficient for a dose.

I've been experiencing many positive results since taking the dose of calc carb 200. Major changes in mood, feelings of discouragement, depression, anger etc. My profuse menstral bleeding ceased after a few days of taking the dose. A few days ago I started feeling slight cramping and pains in my ovaries. Now I am spotting/having a light flow and feeling more discouraged and easily angered. Not sure if I accidently interrupted the remedy and need another dose? Or should I just let this run its course?

please repeat the remedy.

I appreciate your quick reply. I'll repeat tonight. I have been exercising more and was wondering if it was ok to take arnica for muscle pain and belladonna for back pain? I also get migraines from changes in weather and have taken belladonna 200c in the past. Is that okay to continue or will calc carb prevent migraines?

do not take any other medicine. Calcarea Carb will cover every problem. also keep calcarea Carb 1M ready as you will need it next time.

I received Calc Carb 1M. I started bleeding again today. I'm not sure how to tell the difference of abnormal bleeding or if I am actually having a menstral cycle. Should I take the 1M?

ddcal 9 years ago
medicine should not be taken when menstruation cycle is on. wait for a few days to see if it is menstruation or abnormal bleeding
