Myopia in 4 year old please help

My 4 year old son just got diagnosed with 20/40 vision and I would like to work on correcting it naturally. I have read another posters thread and leaned a lot, it seems to be connected with the digestive system and I realize it will probably take years to correct but I am willing to try anything. I had bad vision growing up and finally got glasses/contacts when I was 19 and to this day absolutely hate them, and I don't want my son growing up restricted that way. We have been spending a lot of time indoor due in part to hot summer and new baby but are now working on spending as muchtime as possible outdoors. He eats very healthy, not very much, but he is only offered healthy choices. Eats raw carrots or raw broccoli every day, plus lots of fruit, healthy protein, healthy fats, nothing processed except for the occasional (maybe once a week) earing at a restaurant. Hates drinking water, drinks it fine if mixes with juice, but I don't want to get him used to needing his drink to be sweet or flavored, so I am always on him about drinking water, he avoids it all day, then is thirsty at night. He has always been a really happy, easy child. Since the pregnancy and new baby it has been a little rough, I have not been able to give him the attention he needs, also we bought a new house and had to live with my parents (away from dad) for 4 months last winter. Right before that, during the stress of packing with a new baby he got eczema, I'm sure the stress played a big factor, but after an elimination diet I learned that it was due to cows milk and stays eczema free as long as he doesn't drink it. He can have cheese and butter, although I try to minimize the cheese as to not burden his system with something he doesn't tolerate. The last few months he started showing some hyperactive behavior, he would get really into a game, pretend he is a race car or something similar and run wild thru the house, and sometimes knock brother down in the process, but when I tried to stop him it would be impossible, he would be red, and sweaty, and loud and just could not control himself. I started applying magnesium Oil and that has gone away, as long as I do it daily. If I skip a day it comes back, but if I apply right away it helps him calm down. I have read that the body gets depleted of magnesium rapidly while under stress, so me being stressed with a high needs baby is probably affecting his stress level also. He is also a very sensitive child, but also very very talkative. He is always telling me stories. He doesn't like waterin his eyes or ears, showers have always been a challenge. He is very cautious, has a very good understanding of danger and takes it seriously, iI only need to explain to him once why something is dangerous, and has been like that since he was a baby. He is still very attached to me, doesn't like being more than a few feet away, usually limes to be in the same room as me, although at times he will go a upstairs if he wants to play something that the baby would mess up. He is very good at communicating, talked early, although he does have a lisp, instead of 's he uses the th sound. Loves frozen fruit like frozen berries or manage and pineapple. Loves sugar and chocolate although he only gets it on very special occasions, we do everything homemade with raw honey. Loves pickles and green olives. Has always been a poor sleeper. Now no matter what time he goes to bed, he is up between 7 and 8 and can't fall back asleep even if he tries. If he takes a nap, he has a hard time falling asleep at night, and is very tired the next day. The main concern is the myopia, I notice he rubs his eyes a lot when he watches TV, and he says they hurt. He only gets TV maybe an hour in the morning, and in the car if we go somewhere. I asked him about other symptoms and he said sometimes when he races his small cars on the carpet, he sees colors like green and red coming out of his eyes. No headaches unless he has a cold. Please let me know what other questions I should answer to fascinatethe proper recommendation. Thank you
