irregular periods and no periods for last 2 months Page 3 of 2

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

I took the medicine and tried to change my lifestyle and regularly exercised.

But my hair is falling heavily.. Initially it stopped but again after july it has started falling heavily. I took the set of tests to check my hormone levels and everything looks under control including my testosterone levels.
Also i'm getting my periods in 2 months and surprisingly its mostly exactly 60 days.

I'm unable to understand the reason behind the hairfall. I am losing almost 400-500 hair strands on a daily basis and now my scalp looks so bald and i have to cover it with hair. I oil my hair once a week and wash it twice a week.

I dont understand what to do. Please help.

I am writing in again after 2 years as i really need some help here.
I relocated after that last discussions.
I am again seeing severe hair loss and delayed periods.

Currently i am taking meprate(Medroxyprogesterone acetate 10mg) tablets to induce periods as otherwise it gets delayed beyond 3 years.

Over the years i have gained weight and currently i weigh 64kg.
My skin is also never clear as i always get those big boils like pimples.

Need help.
