Weight loss

I am female 30 year old, my weight is 130 lb, and 5' 5" height my lifestyle is lazy and am house wife and gaining weight slowly for the past 3-4 yrs. I am doing yoga regularly these days and eat a little too but I have seen no change in weight but it increases for sure. my problem is bellly area..overall body not that fat but belly is accumuating all the fat. I came across one supplement GARCINIA CAMBOGIA and apple cider vinegar. I wish to start taking this but little worried as it will conflict with hormones??
As am thinking to conceive in next 1 yr so wanna get rid of extra layers of fat prior to that.
Please answer to my question.
