Weight lossI am female 30 year old, my weight is 130 lb, and 5' 5" height my lifestyle is lazy and am house wife and gaining weight slowly for the past 3-4 yrs. I am doing yoga regularly these days and eat a little too but I have seen no change in weight but it increases for sure. my problem is bellly area..overall body not that fat but belly is accumuating all the fat. I came across one supplement GARCINIA CAMBOGIA and apple cider vinegar. I wish to start taking this but little worried as it will conflict with hormones??
As am thinking to conceive in next 1 yr so wanna get rid of extra layers of fat prior to that.
Please answer to my question.
