Severe Erectile Dysfunction and Premature Ejaculation

Hi, My name is Naveed and I am suffering from a severe form of Erectile Dysfunction and Premature Ejaculation. I am contacting you as a last resort because I will be getting married in a month's tima . I have already received treatments from a Unani Physician but nothing seems to work for me and am afraid am running out of time.
I am 30 years of age (weight 78 kgs) ,unmarried and have been masturbating since the age of 14. Although I gave up this bad habit a couple of years ago but by the time I quit, it had already destroyed my life. My erections are extremely weak and fade away very quickly. I am also suffering from Premature ejaculation. I don't get morning woods at all. Although night falls are rare but even if I get one, the penis doesn't fully erect.
I am also suffering from never weakness and have very shaky hands and heart beat get pretty fast too often.

Please advise the best possible medicines to cure very weak erections and premature ejaculation. Kindly suggest medicine for internal as well as external use. I will appreciate a swift response.

Take agnus cactus 200 one dose(5 globlues) daily for three days and report after 15 days
