lactose intolerance

I m suffering from lactose intolerance. I realised this thing around 10 months back. When ever I used to drink milk , not every time but often, I used feel diarrhoea like symptoms e.g flatulence sudden urge to go for toilet n loose not very watery stool with corrosive feeling. I used to drink milk in breakfast n these symptoms used to appear around afternoon or evening.

HISTORY

2 years back I suffered from anal fissures, my dr suggested me aloe 1m. I took the dose n it got better. Then whenever I used to have fissure I took aloes 1m. But once I suffered from a serious fissure I had to go through surgery. Surgery did relieved the symptoms but spasms were still there though quite less in intensity. Then my dr suggested me aloe 6 Thrice for 2 weeks. I don't remember well but roughly these are the days when I started noticing diarrhoea when I used to take milk in breakfast.
I stopped taking milk . I started yogurt I could eat yogurt without any lactose intolerance symptoms but now I can't even eat yogurt

So please help me in this respect so that I can eat dairy products n please also suggest me what should I eat to compensate calcium requirement. Tx

Hi-

2 yrs back you say you began the anal fissures and
took aloe.

10 months back you start to have a problem with
dairy.

Did the dairy problem start after the Aloe?
Bc aloe is used for loose stools and if not
needed or taken too often it will cause this to
happen.

If the fissure and spasms are gone now?
I would stop the Aloe and see if in a week the
dairy problem stops being a problem.

Hi-

What I am saying is that it may SEEM like you are
lactose intolerant, due to taking Aloe.

This would not instantly go away when you stop Aloe.

Dairy products in people who are really allergic
can have effects for up to 2 weeks after having only
a small ( like a couple tablespoons) of dairy.

You do not want to take more remedies etc right now
-it will confuse everything including your fissure
treatment.

I suggest- stop dairy for 2 weeks. Stop aloe.
Then introduce a small amount of dairy after 2 weeks
and see if things are back to normal.

If you cannot stop aloe bc fissure is not healed or
returns--Then the homeopath has to adjust the potency for
you- homeopathic remedies are to CURE the problem, you
eventually need less and less and then nothing.

So if you have to keep taking aloe then perhaps you need
another remedy for the fissure.

You should also google fissure and diet, bc cold things,
heavy dairy like ice cream, etc can make fissures worse.
