Hypertension, migraine and mild left ventricular hypertrophy..please helpMy 37 year old husband is suffering from hypertension. His b/p is always in the range 140/85. 7-8 months back his echo showed mild concentric left ventricular hypertrophy. He is also having frequent episodes of migraine since last one year. The frequency is at least twice a week. He has tried sibelium for this but to no avail. Now I feel may be there is a connection between his heart condition and headache..we also have tried two homeopaths but nothing seems to help. Currently he is under no allopathic medication apart from naxdom which he takes on sos basis.
Please help if there is some hope in homeopathy.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
If this doesn't help take Lachesis 200 in the same way.
