Osteoarthritis kneeI have pain in both my knees, spl. the right knee , in the inner side.
My knees crack a lot when they move.
The pain increases when I try to get up from a sitting position , walk, stand or climb stairs up and down.
relief when I sit.
Feel like putting hot applications on the pain area.
Pain feels like a boil inside the knee.
X ray report says it is due to loss of cartilage.
the knee pain extends down until ankle ans also feels on my heels after I have walked for sometime.
I have pain in my lower back too, which increases when I lift weight or walk.
my stool is normal.
I get a feeling of a lump in my chest , , espcially at night, if I eat oily things.
All the above problems have been for more than seven years.
I am 60 yrs female , height 5.1' and
weight 170 lbs. I have flabby muscles.
fair skin, light eyes, black hair.
I am sensitive to heat and cold. like to take mild hot and mild cold food and mild spicy food.
I like sweet milk, sweet and salty food. Thereis no particular aversion or craving.
I have a extremely dry skin all over my body, cracks on heels, but oily hair and nose.
I am a sensitive person . have a tendency to postpone starting of any new task.
I am currently taking medicine for hypertension and thyroid.
I have done exercises suggested by drs and taken Rhus Tox 200 , twice.
Pain is still there making it difficult to walk and work.
Pl. suggest some medicines.

I can advise basic health guidelines which can help you reduce weight by 20 lbs or so in 6-9 months.
Nothing can regrow worn cartilage.
Have you tried Osteo Biflex (made of Glucosamine mostly), its an OTC which works on almost everyone to relieve the pain & lubricate the joints.
