Boost Immunity

caseHistory-i am a patient of auto immnune disease called idiopathic vasculites in my both eyes since 2012.been on steroids(prednisolone),laser treatment
Chief problem.
My immunity is bit compromised because of this disease.i have tendency of tonsilities inflamation,sore throat on the pretext of weather change
Remedy-seeking suggestion to improve my immunity gradually over period of time.now not on any medication
Family history of hypertension
