4 year old sick

My four year old is on day three of fever, congestion, wet cough, and today red sore throat.

I tried aconite for the first two days and today a few doses of chamomilla. He won't take the sugar pills by mouth, so I dilute one 30c in water and give him some that way.

Please help me with the correct remedy and dosage

FERR PHOS 6X - 3 pills morning

KALI MUR 6X - 3 pills afternoon

FERR PHOS 6X - 3 pills eveining

(dissolved in a tablespoon water water, nothing 15 minutes before and after medicine)

REPORT IMPROVEMENT AFTER 7 DAYS,
