pcos problem with multiple cysts in ovaries.
Respected doctor,I m 24 years old and I m diagnosed with cysts in ovaries. The right ovary measures 3*2.4cms. There is hemorrhagic cyst just above the fundus measuring 9(TR) * 8(CC)* 8(AP)cm. There is another tiny hemorrhagic cysts of 8mm. The left ovary 2.7*2.5 cms with a clear cysts of 2 Cms with no evidence of hemorrhages.
Kindly suggest as to what could be done Dr without a surgerym . drs here have suggested a surgery.
The endometrual thickness is 7.7mm and junctional zone measures 8 mm. In paranetrial tissue planes adhesions are noted. Lymph nodes are not enlarged. Minimum free fluid is seen in the pelvis. Uterus is anteverted in position.
The observed values of AFP is 1.2, CA 125 - 33.3, CA19.9 - 9.16, CAE - 1.03, BETA HCG 0.1.03

For last one week I have been taking nat phos 6x and arnica 30c wet dose.

Pulsatilla 200
Dissolve 2 drops in 3 tablespoons water in a disposable cup. Stir a few times using a spoon. Take 1st tablespoon, wait 15 mins, take 2nd tablespoon, wait 15 mins, take 3rd and last tablespoon

Respected dr i m 25yrs old girl married 2yrs and facing from pcos since 5years before marriage had diane 35 for 6 mnths with the result menstrual cycle was normal for 1year same problem again existed aftr marriege i have been on diane35+glucophage for 3mnths but no use later treated with homeo med for 3mnths but no use now some 1 advised for aletris cordial and had for 1mnth but again till now periods did nt occured.m very upset of ma situation and want to conceive asap plz dr advise what should i do .2mnths ago ultra sound report resulted dat cysts are mildly enlarged now m toomch wooried waiting for ur rep dr
