Hello Sir,

Fortunately, I got this medicine from another medical store just now. So I will take today itself. I took cetrizine at 6.00 PM today so , will keep gap of 5 hours and will take Thuja 200C at 11.00 PM.

I am very Sorry for late reply.

I thought better to wait for 2 days as I had taken Cetrizine on that day itself. Hence replying late.

Still itching not started yet. On next day of taking Rutha 200, I felt a short span of itching episode which lasted for few min. Intensity of itching was not that much. After that didn't felt any itching yet.( Its about one and half days past since I took Cetrizine)

State of mind is good.

Oh.... By mistake written as Rutha 200C instead of Thuja 200C. Sorry !!.

Update : Not started Silicea 200C yet. I will procure it in evening and will start soon.

Slight Itching started now ( about 2.5 days past taking Cetrizine.)I will monitor it till evening or more for how long it takes more to take Cetrizine)

Hello Sir,

I took Silicea 200C as prescribed by you. First dose started on 18/07/2015 morning and last dose was yesterday morning, 20/07/2015.

I had to take Cetrizine after around 3 days.More or less same time as earlier and also intensity wise too.

Sate of mind was very bad day before yesterday so could not sleep till 5.00 am that night. Woke up at 7.30 am so sleep was very insufficient. State of mind was bad due to some problem with one of the family member ( Not with Father / Mother or wife).

Today morning also mind upset as some financial loss happened as my PC monitor was not working and its permanently out of order now. I will have to procure new monitor.

Don't know when all these things will stop ? :(

Please advise next course of action.

I am sorry for replying late. I saw your message yesterday only but somehow could not write here immediately for some reason.

My family and my brother's family are staying since 2005 in one premises (owned jointly by my brother and me.( Not staying together but staying on different floor). There are 4 separate rooms constructed which we rent to students every year. I keep records of all those transaction as my brother don't have time from his busy schedule to look into these matters. At the end of every financial year, I produce a detail written record of income and expenditure of rented rooms to them (to my brother and his wife.) Since last 3-4 years, my brother's wife is not able to understand how I am keeping those records and I am clarifying each and every year with lot of efforts to explain the system in which I am keeping the records. She doubting that some how she is getting less share each year. I explained the things about records to my brother and father also. They very well understood that my records and transactions are very correct. But being she is not able to understand ( or she don't want to understand ?? don't know)the calculations, every year she argue on this matter. It takes so much time and patience to explain her same thing again and gain but she is not able to get the things. Some how I get feeling that (from her body language) that she is doubting on me that I am doing some mistake or purposely keeping the records in such a manner that she will get less share. This thing pinch me a lot that despite of being so clear and transparent, she is not able to understand or doubt on me. I asked her to get those records verified by some third person or CA., but she was not doing that also and every year same story repeat.

This time also same thing happened few days ago and my mind got disturbed. With feeling of frustration, anger,I could not sleep whole night that day. From the day of starting our building construction, I have given my lot of time in managing the construction things and later also I had to keep devoting time as our building was constructed step by step due to lack of funds. Many things we were not able to get done from other sources( for example, if we have to paint room) , so myself and my father had to do it personally. Apart from physical fatigue it was lot of time consuming. My brother was busy in his schedule so he could not spare time to involve in those activities.and hence we had to do it personally. Main thing was mind remained occupied with these things and I couldn't focus on my financial growth since last 5-6 years.

Despite of all these things, she do such things, I hurt a lot.All time, I feel that I really wasted my precious years in such things. Instead I should have also focused on my business growth.

I accept that its not all together their fault, its also my fault. I should have kept aside those things and should have focused on my financial growth.

This is the overall situation in my life and affecting in major way on my mind every day.

"How did you handle the situation? "........Again, I had to explain her whole thing.. but she not understood. I got upset, frustrated and angry in my mind but had to bear all these things in my mind itself. Could not sleep whole night. headache started. Now yesterday she agreed that she understood the calculations and I was right, so my stress got relieved to some extent.

But still the things happened till now, I cant forget. There are other things too which I am not mentioning here but they also disturbs me a lot every day. But some how, I have managed to take not much tension on these things and focus on my business.

Hello Sir,

I took Bryonia 200C and Staphysagria 200C as prescribed by you.

I felt more relief than earlier.I took Cerrizine after 3 days.Though I took Cetrizine at the end of 3 days, but I felt I could have been able to extend it for couple of hours more time. I took Cetrizine at night at 11.00 PM because I had to wake up early morning next day and hence I wanted to take a good sleep.

State of mind is normal.

One more thing I want to mention that though I am taking Cetrizine after 3 days, but there are less intensity itching episodes of small duration in between which are manageable. I only take Cetrizine when itching starts increasing and unbearable.

Please advise next course of action.

Good Morning Sir,

As expected, I could extend taking Cetrizine couple of hours more than 3 days. I took Cetrizine yesterday morning at 4.30 am. Actually main symptom because of which I took Cetrizine was lot of sneezing and running nose at that time. Headache also started so took one Paracetamol 500 mg Tab. Itching was also started increasing but still could have extended for 1-2 hours more.

Since yesterday, I am facing this sneezing and running nose problem despite of taking Cetrizine. Only thing is that its intensity is less after taking Cetrizine.

There is cold weather here and raining.

State on mind is good.

Hello Sir,

I took Ferrum Phos 6x as prescribed.

I am happy to mention that this time I could extend Cetrizine taking time to about 3.5 days. Itching in starting phase was also less.

Sneezing and running nose problem also reduced.

State of mind was good.

I am very thankful for your concern and really don't have enough words for the pain you are taking to treat me. Its just amazing !!!.

"What was the potency of Berberis Vulgaris that you took in the past. How many days and how many doses per day?".....................

I have just seen that bottle again from which I took Berberis Vulgaris. Unfortunately there is no strength written on it. So I don't know which strength I took. One of my friend told me about this medicine for Kidney stone removal but he didn't told me strength. I was also not aware of that it is available in different strength. I asked the supplier for this drug and he also didn't asked me about its strength and given Berberis Vulgaris only( without mentioning any strength on the bottle). Its my fault that without having sufficient knowledge, I did self medication. I feel very ashamed for this.
I don't remember exact days but I think I took this medicine for about 10-12 days 2 times a day and 10 drops each time diluted in about 1/4 cup.

Sir, I really couldn't figure it out what triggers my itching. Some time, I am in normal state of mind, still itching starts.Its also not like that I always keep thinking about itching.After taking cetrizine, for about there is no itching for 1.5-2.0 days. In that period no thoughts about itching come to my mind. Suddenly it starts itching slightly and then only thought come in my mind that I have this itching problem. After that slight itching starts, then mind get focused on the things to notice how my itching is ( is it increasing ? or is it coming and going etc). So basically my mind get focused to monitor the itching pattern to analyses myself whether itching intensity and time duration is increased or decreased this time.
After you advise on not to focus too much on itching, I tried to divert my attention for itching thoughts and I succeed in it also. But when itching starts increasing , automatically mind again get focused on it and I usually take Cetrizine when itching starts increasing in it intensity or it remains there for longer time ( even with low intensity, if itching remains there for longer time, about 3-4 hours, it irritates a lot and hence I take Cetrizine at that time)

I am really unable to figures out any specific thoughts or fear or food that before the itching starts.Even in good mood also, my itching starts.

As I mentioned earlier, the major factor in my life is money. So all the time my mind occupied with these thoughts that even at this stage ( at the age of 42) I am not able to earn even basic amount.and these feeling bring me frustration, fear ( fear that I will not be able to earn in future too ),low confidence, sadness. I see many of my friends earning very handsome and well settled, and I am still at this stage. This feeling bring me in very sad mood.

Also the other family problems which I mentioned earlier also adds fuel in it.

I am very much worried about my future. The money which I am earning is not sufficient to take care of all things about education of my kind and day to day life requirements. earning from my wife's job are okay but not good enough. I don't want to depend on her earning and want to develop myself independent for earning. I am trying for that but somehow due to my low confidence and frustrations, I am not yet able to achieve those things.

Regrading food items, I have a doubt that eating eggs aggregates my itching. Should I completely stop eating eggs for few days ? So that this doubt can be confirmed or eliminated. But I am not very confident that eggs is the cause.

Usually after 2-2.5 days after taking Cetrizine , my itching starts. This time span was of about 1-1.5 days before starting your treatment. I usually had to take Cetrizine every day. But now I am able to manage it to take it after 2.5-3.0 day. So I am very happy that I am getting positive outcome due to your efforts.

"What are the current Mind and all other symptoms in detail?.........As I mentioned earlier, money related thoughts are there and those frustrations and fears prevail all the time. At present mind is bit more disturbed as my company for which I am working ( on commission basis) is not paying my hard earned commission since long time despite of daily followups.

Sure Sir. I took Cetrizine yesterday. So it will take 1-2 days more to start itching. I will upload or email the picture at that time.

Just now I am feeling slight itching ( which should not be there as I took Cetrizine yesterday only.My mind is disturbed due to commission thing.So I think this thought may be the cause.
