I have completed the doze of Colocynthis 200C for three days. I do not feel much difference. ( I understand that probably this remedy is given to reduce my anger.)
What is the next course of action? Please advice me....
My I put you one request? While suggesting one remedy, will you please inform me the remedy is prescribed to address which particular problem, so that I can have a look over that particular problem after taking the remedy and report to you.
As far as my skin problem is concerned, the status is remains the same, but I have severe itching over the area on my hips and butts etc.

Dear Dr. Nawazkhan,
Mind symptoms:
Same as it was when I last reported.Not much difference. However, I am trying to control my anger with very little success. Eventhough there is not much outburst, there anger is subdued inside. I know that I should take thighs casually and easily Which I am not able to. The dejected feeling and gloominess continues.
Actually I am very much upset about the studies of my daughter who is not paying full attention to her studies and always interested in playing (She is ten years old). I am having some other family problems also. But I very well know, because of just worrying and feeling upset, nothing can be changed. But the confidence is just lacking.
Sorry for the guess that I had made regarding the remedy Colcosynthis.

Sorry for a late reply...
The reason is I am not able to get Staphysagria 200C drops and I will probably purchase it tomorrow. I will start the doze tomorrow and report the outcome.
Regarding acidity...I am not completely without trouble but under control.

I have started taking Staphysagria 200C from yesterday.
Regarding acidity problem:
If I take NP 6X regularly, acidity problem is not troubling much. But If I stop (or forget) to take medicine, I start to get acidity trouble, especially after taking slightly spicy meal (I am a vegetarian). Hence I reported that acidity is under control.

I have forgotten one more thing which I would like to add.
My earholes are also affected by psoriasis. Some scale like thing is formed inside the holes also. And the earholes tend to form the earwax very quickly. I normally do not like to remove it manually. But if it solidifies and form wax, I will get an uneasy feeling and if I will remove it manually, I use to get headache within hours. This has happened so many times.

The next course of action is to take a strong dose of patience and wait. Allow the remedy to complete its job.

Dear Dr. Nawazkhan,
Regarding my mind symptoms, there is not much change in my mood etc. The depression and other things I had already reported are still at average level. My acidity problem is not giving much trouble after taking Nat Phos.
Regarding my skin, the condition was somewhat subdued as I had reported earlier. But now it started scaling as usual and itching has also started for the past two three days.
Recently I have been transferred to a new office where there is centralized AC. As the temperature is chill and also I use to sleep in a AC room during night time (can not help because the summer is too much), nowadays I use to get head ache and heaviness in my head. During this time what remedy I have to taken (one of my friend says I can take belladona or bryonia as per the body condition). Please advice me on this.
Also please tell me what is the next course of action.

I have completed Bryonia dose. There is no headache problem at preset.
The psoriasis problem has started increasing now. The scaling and itching both are increasing. Shall we begin arsenic alb now or is there any other remedy we will have to try. Please advice.....
