Bronchitis

I have been suffering from bronchitis since my birth.

I face a asthama like breathlessness very often this winter only when i have slight cold and cough

This happens mostly in the early morning hour and has becomes intense these days .I am forced to take salbutamol 2mg tablets (prescribed by my family doctor who knows my patient history)almost every few days and i go back to sleep once i feel ok. I do not wish to form this a habbit.

I feel better if i sit rather than lie down.

I try to spitt out cough but
almost nothing comes out.

Also it has started interfering with my work-life as this makes me wake up early in the morning and then feel a bit lazy whole day.

I am hoping help from you people

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

My suggestion is,
1st take 1 dose of BACILLINUM 200,
then at the second day take only 3 doses of ARSENICUM ALBUM 30,
with an interval of 2 hours between each dose, then stop medicine and see the improvment,
also keep reporting about thr progress.

I visited my home-town very recently but there not a single day i faced any problem.

Now when i have returned back to city i work in problems have started from the very first day.
I suspect high level of pollution that leads to smog formation in winters early morning as a cause of the problem.
