Trigeminal Neuralgia
I need advice to select a Homeopathic medicine for my condition. I have Trigeminal Neuralgia on the left side of my face that, when active, gives me VERY HARD electric shocks each second. When prescriptions don't work I can't eat, talk, brush my teeth or even feel wind breeze on my face. Cold doctor's offices makes it worse. I can use a hot/warm gel pad to lower the intensity of shocks or even relieve them. At least I have learn some things to try to live with this horrible condition.I have seen questionnaires posted by other members. May I get one so I can answer it to get the help I need? I have read, and read, and read and I can't seem to find a specific medicine for my case.
The doctor that is giving me acupuncture recommended me this website to try to get more help. Even though it is controlled at the moment, I want to get all the help I can get my hands on to be prepared OR maybe to get cured. Who knows... I really need it to help with my current prescriptions.

2) Since how long are you facing this problem ?
3) Do you get proper sleep ?
Do you have sleep problem coz of some grief ?
4) Do you get angry ?
5) Can you bear loud noise ?
6) Does Sudden happiness mental commotion ?
7) Do consume alcohol ?
8) How is the weather of your country of stay ?
9) Any skin problem ?
10) Your intelligence level ?
11) Any tooth related problem ?
12) Any urine problem ?
Once i get the reply, i will post few more batch of questions which will further help me in your diagnosis.

I haven't taken any homeopathic medicine. My doctor told me to come here and ask for help.
1) Your Age-Sex-Weight ?
1) 43 y/o, Male, 238LBS, 5'8" = 173cm. (I was 250LBS at the end of april)
2) Since how long are you facing this problem ?
2) It began in September 2014. My neurologist gave me Carbamazepine 200mg twice a day for 7 months until it stop working. Gave me more dose but that didn't work anymore. Switched me to Oxcarbazepine and I am taking 1200mg twice a day, which is the max a person can use. It is controlled right now.
3) Do you get proper sleep? Do you have sleep problem coz of some grief?
3) I sleep well WHEN it is not active. When it is active I stay awake all night to warn my face with gel pads because the cold of the night won't allow me to sleep. I then sleep during the day when it is hotter. I can sleep at any time. I sleep from 6-7 hours a day. Sometimes I catch a 1 hour nap at 6pm, after work.
4) Do you get angry?
4) I do not get angry. I am a very patient man. But I used to get stress from my wife and daughter from discussions between them. It is better now. They behave because of my condition.
5) Can you bear loud noise ?
5) Yes I can. Noise is not a problem.
6) Does Sudden happiness mental commotion ?
6) I didn't understand this question. My first language is Spanish and some phrases I don't understand yet. But maybe is this: when I talk to friends and get excited about the topic because it is interesting, I get an electric shock in my face when I talk excited. When I eat and the food is awesome, I can't get excited about it. I have to be calm.
7) Do consume alcohol ?
7) No, I don't consume alcohol or smoke. I have never used illegal drugs either.
8) How is the weather of your country of stay ?
8) It is hot almost all year. I live in the Caribbean. In Puerto Rico, a tropical island. The lowest temperature at my home is around 60-65 but only a couple of days each year. When I use the air conditioner of my bedroom I set it to 65-68. I can't stand lower temperatures.
9) Any skin problem ?
9) No skin problems.
10) Your intelligence level ?
10) I don't understand? Is this? I got a BSBA in accounting and I am an Auditor, Fraud Investigator and data analyst. Last week I got the results from a psychological psychometric memory loss test and I got over normal mental results. I got a good mind. (Over 120 IQ ?)
11) Any tooth related problem ?
11) No tooth problems. At first I thought it was my teeth. I went to my dentist and he told me my teeth were perfect. He sent me to my Periodontist and everything was good with my teeth and gums. He noted the shocks when I talked (1 second each) and told me I have TN and sent me to a Maxillofacial doctor which told me to get an MRI and diagnosed me TN. He sent me to a neurologist who prescribed my medicines. I read online that acupuncture and aromatherapy was great for this condition to lower my stress. My acupuncture doctor sent me here.
12) Any urine problem ?
12) No urine problems.
My doctor sent me to get me a lot of labs and everything is great EXCEPT vitamin D which was low and vitamin B12 was very high because I took B12 vitamin because the maxillofacial doctor told me to use it. Now I am taking vitamin D3 and no B12 to get better results.
I began to loose weight. I began a workout routine. When is not active I feel excellent but I was scared of attacks. I used to be scared and stressful every minute, but I have been great after new medicine, acupuncture and aromatherapy.

try Glonoinum 200 daily one dose at early monring and Spigelia 6 thrice in aday... continue for a week and report me...
