This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The 200 lasted 8 hrs or so and then back to same old me, I feel the 200 and the 30 the same,.

Ok-

On the 200 - it can last for a couple weeks.

Many times if the remedy is right, you can
have a worsening of symptoms after a few days.

That means the remedy is acting. We have to see
if that is going to happen or not before going to
1M.

You need to report again on 6-18 and let me know
the status.

Dear Simone, sorry for my delayed answer.
I took some doses of the 200ch and as first I felt better, but the effect doesnt lasted so I decided to keep waiting.But I have the 1M at hand.

List the days you took all the doses of 200c.

And please list how long it lasted and all effects.

14,15 and 16 of june.3 doses.6/8hrs better after every dose (the fear was better) and then fade away.

Hi-

Make the 1 M dose up in a small 3 to 4 inch
dropper bottle. Fill it up with water and
then leave 1/5th open. Fill that part up
with brandy or vodka or rum.

This is your dosing bottle. Put 3 pills in it
and let them dissolve. Then hit the bottle
hard against your hand 5 times.

After that take out a couple drops and put
them into a couple tablespoons of water and
drink that, holding in your mouth for
20 seconds. This is one dose.

Please do not take more than one dose.
Report to me the effects of that after
48 hours.

Do not take anymore of it or other potencies.
If you do that will confuse for me what
does what, and then further guidance will
be wrong.

Take another dose of 200c. 3 pills under the tongue and tell
me if it does anything and for how long it lasts.

I think the consensus is coming toward finding an animal remedy?.

You find the remedy that matches the symptoms. Only homeopaths
following Sankaran divide things up into animal, mineral etc.
Most homeopaths think that limits things.

I am also not sure of what you are doing and what else you are taking,
when I advised the 200c you took more doses than I told you to
and that won't work.

I don't think I can help you further, if you want to do a new post
and have someone else look at this , please do that.

Main complaints

1) Chorinc feeling of no triggered fearfullnes
2) Fear of contagious disease
3) Chronic insomnia

I see that you were taking clonazepam . How long have you taken it ? Are you still using it ?

That is very long period for clonazepam . Have you ever seen what happens if you do not take it ? What is the daily dose you are taking ?
Please take Arsenicum Album 30 one dose and see how long the effect lasts.

My daily dose goes from 2 to 4mg.

Arsenicum Album has been tried in the past in several potencies including 30c, 200, M and 10M with no results-

Should I take it anyway?
