excessive sweating

Hello!

I am almost 40 years old, a runner, so I try to stay in good shape and maintain a balance diet. However, I have always suffered of excessive sweating all over my body. I wonder if there's anything out there anyone recommends to reduce the amount of sweat.

I must say that it does not take me much to break a sweat, and I sweat more than most people I have ever seen sweating. this has caused me many problems during normal activities as well as during athletic activities. Sometimes after a run in a hot day, it takes me days to recover from my run due to the loss of sweat, even though I keep hydrating myself well. Some of the symptoms is weakness, dehydration, excessive fatigue, heat intolerance, dizziness...

Also, I often sweat profusely just by standing or being in bed during hot humid days, all over my body.

I must mention that my sweating is more profuse on the face and entire back, all the way to my lower back. But I sweat all over my body in excess.

Is there anything anyone recommends to treat this? is there any permanent remedy for excessive sweating?

I will appreciate your comments

Thanks!!

Thank you for your reply!!!

I've been able to find the 30x around here, and I wonder if that would work or it'd be too much/little for me. Could you please comment on this please?

thanks.

Hello!

It has been already a few days since I took Natmur the as it was recommended. I took the 30c.

I have not seen the even the slightest change in my perspiration. I still sweat a lot, as usual, with the minimum amount of physical activity; all over my body, which is really from my feet all the way to my head.

Is there anything else you recommend I could do to improve this permanently.

Thanks!

Thor,

if you are not familiar with homeopathic remedies, China is in stores
and ordered as Cinchona Officinalis.

Thanks for your quick reply. I will soon be placing an order online for all of this since I can't get it around here but I would first like to make sure I understood the dosage right.

So I should take Natmur 6x and biochemic 4 both of them together and three times a day?

And a week later China once a day one hour after a meal but for how many days? A week too?

Thanks!!!

Hello!

I'm just reporting a quick update. Yesterday, Tuesday, was the last day I took natmur as it was recommended. Now, as it was also recommended, I'll wait a week before I take China. However, I'm not sure when I should start seeing changes, if any, but my sweating issues have not change at all. I still have lots of perspiration all over my body. Nothing has changed.

I'll report again once I've taken the recommended dosage of China. Thanks.

Hello!

I'm reporting on my last recommended dosage for my excessive and profusive sweating problems.

I took natmur as recommended, and during its time I felt extremely fatigued and even my sweat rate increased. Not sure if I just happened to be tired or that was the side effect in was supposed to have.

After a week, I took the China as recommended too, and it has been two days since I stopped taking it. The extreme fatigue went away now but I am not seeing any changes with my sweat rate. With humidity and/or any physical activity I still get extremely sweaty. The only difference I noticed is that I don't sweat as much when I'm standing up or I'm still. In the past I would break a sweat (I would feel and see sweat drops coming down my face and back) just by being in a hot humid place. That's the only change I've noticed.

Any other recommendations?

Hello!

I once more followed the recommended dosage and I have not seen any effect. My sweat continues to be as excessive as always with hot humid weather (I sweat heavily in hot humid weather even while being still) and also (when it's not hot and humid) while having any physical activities.

Nothing has really changed with any dosage I've taken and I've followed strictly every recommendation.

Is there any other resource and recommendation? I'm feeling a little frustrated with so many years of excessive sweating

Thanks!!!
