Treatment for lattice degeneration

I hav undergone valve replacement and a bypass at the same time in Oct'15. I already have CVO in my right eye in 2006. From last few days I have started getting floaters and they have diagnosed it as lattice degeneration. I am taking homeo medicines since 15 days w/o much effect.

Will I get completely cured with homeo medecines
