obesity

i need a remedy to reduce my weight i m quite foody type ,i dn ve any other medical complications my age is 23 height 160 cm and weight 70kg

Please take graphites 200 one dose only (not to be repeated daily).

From next day take the following two cell salts.

Natrium phosphoricum 6x (4 tablets) 2 doses daily

Natrium sulphuricum 6x (4 tablets) 2 doses daily

A gap of 4 hours needs to be there between two cell salts as detailed below.

Nat phos 6x (4 tablets) 8 oclock
Nat sulph 6x (4tablets) 12 oclock
Nat phos 6x 4 oclock
Nat sulph 6x 8 oclock

Avoid coffee.

Continue it for 2 week and update.
