Hi Dr ,
Today is the 5th dose and I am feeling a bit better with the erections happening in the middle of the night.
Although , I have not yet tried to have sex. I will update you accordingly once 10 doses are complete.

I didnt get a chance to have sex because my partner is out of town for few days.
Erection happens at night but I still feel it is not good enough for penetration. No morning erections.
I think my interest in sex have increased a bit as i feel like watching porn and masturbating.
Please advise

don't masterbate.. errection will be good while having sex. night erection is good. if u r getting errection while watching porn or masterbation then there should be no problem.
Wait for sexual activity and if your erection problem continue upto 5 episode I will again try find suitable remedy

Hi ,
Just wanted to inform you that I havent yet tried for intercourse as I have a fear of failure , in case it does not erect then i will feel bad again. Also , i wanted to tell you that I am having premature ejaculation as well due to which it ejaculates within seconds of sexual activity.

Sorry to get back late .
Regarding my above problem , there is an improvement in erection and I tried for intercourse twice . Once there was an erection but when i tried to penetrate, it failed. Second time also it happened the same. I get erections at midnight now.
Please advise

Sorry to get back late .
I want to tell you that I had taken the above prescription as advised but again at the time of intercourse with my partner there is no erection.
Otherwise , at night in my sleep and some other times I do have an erection.
Please advise what to do

Hi,
if you are getting morning errection and errection other time it's a nice result that you are completely fine.. there should be the errection during sex.. it seems a psychological issue that causing no errection..
can you please say me you are not getting any errection during foreplay?

True , I am not getting any erection during foreplay also with my partner. I also ejaculate in a minute when she holds the penis during foreplay. I have not tried to have sex with other women so I dont know if the same problem will be there too.
Just to remind you that I am suffering wiyh diabetes and in the past I did have personal issues with my partner due to which i lost interest in sex with her and also lost my libido. I still have tense relations with my partner sometimes.
Please advise

sorry about your issue.. most of time this case is very much important to solve. personal issue decrease the libido...did you both ever visitef sexexpert or counciler for counciling.. something I want to discuss with you may be some questions which not easy here to ask.. can you please click my username to get my email id for better communication

I did not visit any sex expert for this issue.
I do not get morning erections everyday or at midnight. It is only sometimes I get it . So not sure whether it is a psycho or health issue as I also suffer from Diabetes.

like we discussed before and as per your past history.. you have almost taken many good remedy but not helpfull.. so I am sure you have both physical and psychological issue..
I will try my best to solve it.. but u need to grow your love and care relationship with your wife.. without feeling there will no changes in errection..
first you both try to visit a sexologist or counciler it will help somehow..
plese say me how is your libido??

I have a urge to watch porn movies but at the time of making love i feel very dissappointed due to lack of erection. Most of the time in the day, I am quite tensed and I have lost interest in sex.
