Help for stroke

My mom, 81 years old, just had a stroke . She is now recovering thanks to the drug TPA which removed the clot. She was in good health prior,with some heart palpitations. Now she complains of numbness on bottom of feet,mostly left.Also numbness of two left fingers,some loss of balance, some deterioration of vision,as well as seeing shapes in her eyes.She saw these prior . Any help?
