This must start healing your soreness and also promote sleep
In addition take the following medicine on alternate days:
Day1 (also Day3,5,7): 30 minutes before breakfast, take IGNATIA 30, two pills. this must promote digestion and thereby eliminate toxins build up
Day2 (also day 4,6,): 30 minutes before breakfast, take AURUM MET 30, two pills. This must boost your mental well being and hence life must turn around.
Then alternate the above two remedies.
Please reply back in one week after taking these medicines. When you reply, please give the following information:
- In which country and state you live
- Is there a cell phone tower nearby your home (within 0.5 to 1 mile radius)
- What has changed in your life, food, change of home etc, before or at the time of getting into this pain. Describe.
- What other symptoms you have
- do you work. What type of work. Brief about your food and sleep habits
