Hello there!
Just an update - more for myself to keep track. I took Sulphur 1m Wed. Dec 16. Prior to this time, I had developed some rash-like red bumps on the outer corner of my left eye. No itchiness or dryness/peeling, just red bumps. As of this morning, I noticed some developing on the outer corner of my right eye. No other changes yet, but I know it's also too soon after taking the sulphur. Thank you :)

An update...
My period started on Dec 31. 27 days after my last (which was another 27 days from the previous). Happy to start seeing some regularity there! My chin is calming down as it seems to do once my period starts each month. More red bumps on the outer corners of both eyes. Right side where the bumps are is feeling rather tender.

Question for you...is it at all possible for sulphur to trigger or exacerbate anxiety? I'm feeling it badly over these last few weeks and haven't had issues with anxiety in about a dozen years. Or should I treat that as unrelated? Thank you kindly...

Having a hard time letting go of someone's criticism of me. I'm questioning myself, my judgement, my value. My faults. Not being able to let go of it. I've never been one to accept feedback or criticism well (I'm a lifetime over-achiever and people-pleaser and a horrible need to always be as perfect as I can). But I haven't felt this inadequate or insecure about myself since I was a child.

An update - 2 weeks since calcerea dose. Markedly less bumps and breakouts on my chin. Although, worse around eyes. Now spreading outwards and underneath. See images.
6 days since arsenicum and much gratitude for this as my anxiety has dissipated.

Ok so my images aren't attaching for some reason to my previous posts. Outter corners and underneath both eyes, little red bumps, very tender. A couple with dry skin by not really. Seem to be growing and spreading. Thoughts?

Hi there - an update as requested :)
It has been 7 days since my last dose of arsenicum album 200. My skin is worsening again and is breaking out more on my chin (a few cysts, but I'm also mid cycle so could be ovulation?) and more rash around my eyes (these are stinging and painful to touch). The small bumps that developed around my mouth a couple of months ago, as well as some of those around my eyes - a few are developing white heads, but these are hard nodules and are not expressing themselves.

Sorry, I'm not sure if I should have mentioned his previously but it just occurred to me to report as well that I've also had red bumps round my nostrils for about two months as well.

Anxieties and insecurities also creeping out these last few days. Not as strongly as a few weeks ago, but troubling just the same.
