The bumps first started forming I think just before I took sulfur in December. Very minor at first, but have grown and spread quite markedly since.
Chin seems to be calming slightly, even though I'm due for a period in the next day or two, so this is a nice change :)

If I may, I have a curious question! This process of trying to heal with your guidance has been an incredible learning experience. I find myself reading and learning and digging into homeopathy at every opportunity so thank you for inspiring that! May I ask why the 1M dose of Psornium vs. 200ch? Again, just my curiosity as I remember you starting with lower doses of previous medicines.
I'm hoping to have it shipped to me soon :)

Other medicines can be started with 30 except those belonging to snake poison like Lachesis or crotalus horridas.
Which books do you read?

I am doing most of my reading online. This site of course, as well as British Homeopathic Assoc. and Int'l Academy of Classical Homeopathy. Reading materia medica and repertory. Fascinating information. Especially loving learning about constitutions and and treating the whole individual. Seeing fundamental traits of myself in pulsatilla and sulphur, and arsenicum album for my son, and how you came to recommend those medicines. You're awesome :)

For materia medica you can look up Lectures on Homeopathic Materia Medica by J.T. Kent, clinical materia medica by E.A. Farington, Dictionary of practical materia medica by J.H.Clarke. After that you can look up Materia Medica Pura and Chronic diseases by Hahnemann.
In the chronic diseases you will know about miasms which is essential.
For repertory use the one by Kent. There are many repertoire available but Kent's is the best.
Homeopathy has three important parts : materia medica, philosophy and repertory. The above mentioned books cover the most essential things in homeopathy.

As it stands, I've had to special order the Psorinum 1M as it's proving difficult to get my hands on here! Hoping to have it next week.
Reading about miasms is really quite incredible. Probably offered the most clarity in understanding the chronic disease, and how different things get suppressed and how they manifest.
Not that I'm pretending to know a great deal on the subject, but certainly relating to Psora in description of physical constitution and characteristics. Temperament I'd say psora too, but quite honestly as of late (and in childhood) I'd say Sycosis hands down. My typical light and peppy, happy social nature has been so anxious, insecure and quite honestly, painful as of late. I recall that coming about after Sulfur.
As far as the chronic disease and miasms descriptions of skin goes, I'd say psora, but only the affected areas; eyes and corners of mouth. I otherwise definitely relate to the descriptions of pseudo-psora. Trying to learn it all!!! I can never thank you enough for your guideance.

It's been 9 days since I took 1 dose of Psorinum 1M.
Period arrived on time; 27 days since previous. Original complaints from the beginning, of acne on my chin returned these past several days. One extreme headache a few days ago (rare for me) that felt like someone was squeezing my temples, and my eyes would explode. Mild headache behind the eyes again today, again very very rare. Anxiety seems to be lessening as well.
Thank you :)

1. Would consumption of bentonite clay for dietary purposes interfere with homeopathy?
2. I've been using peppermint and lavender essential oils topically for the past few days to treat the headaches that have come on - are they fine to use alongside homeopathy?
Also, not sure if I should mention but I guess it doesn't hurt in case its a new symptom that I should report. I mentioned about headaches the other day, but I've had a different headache the past few days - one all too familiar headach. A tension headache. Up until about 2 years ago, I would get them on a weekly basis and treat with advil. They suddenly stopped, and I can't recall exactly when. But anyways, this headache is now almost 3 days long, and while I no longer use pharmaceuticals to treat, I just want to make sure I'm not interfering with your recommendations.
Thank you :)

Please take one dose Sulphur 200 for the headache preferably in the morning but not at night.

Avoid all strong smelling or things like spices or garlic or peppermint or sour articles like tomato sauce or citrus fruits.

Not sure if it's relevant, but since I'm learning that all symptoms are connected, I figured I should report in.
I developed lower back pain the night before last and it's seems so out of the blue. Haven't done anything physically strenuous. It's low-lying and why during the day but at night, during sleep it's awful. If it try to roll over or adjust my legs, the sharp pains stop me in my tracks.
Anyways, I'm totally fine dealing with the pain, but thought I'd share :)
Have a great day!

I took the Rhus tox for the full 3 days. Back remained achy, and then somehow in a finger snap, it literally disappeared. Strange.
It's been about 2 weeks since Puls 10M dose. Lots of breaking out on my face; cheeks, chin, nose. The red bumps around my eyes are unchanged.
Have a nice day!
