Sepia Depression?

45 years old.
Want to be left alone.
No libido.
Completely exhausted.
No desire to do anything.
Can't be bothered to eat.
Feel like everyone wants something from me all the time.
Angry and explosive to get ppl away.
Been going on for years.
Numb emotionally.
Overwhelmed.
Never cry.
Rarely sleep.
When home with family, stay in bed all day.
See no end to this.
Am cold all the time.
Drink hot tea all day.
Never sweat.
Headaches
Dehydrated and no desire to drink.
Backache (low back)
Hair Falling out
Aversion to eating chicken

Physically I am thin.
Brown hair/eyes.
Smaller frame on top than bottom.
Coarse straight hair.
Hear ringing in my ears
Have Lyme Disease
Hyperextensive elbows- collagen disorder.
Mouth breather
Snore and have apnea
Get hives from some foods
Have hypo-thyroid and take Armour thyroid (only medication I take)
Blue sclera
Low platelets
Fallen arches in my feet.
Slumpy posture.
Pernicious anemia
Pain in right deltiod (rotator cuff)- can't carry anything anymore.
Bled heavily in 2nd trimester with 1st pregnancy. Was on bedrest and had a lot of ultrasound. Son was born 3-4 weeks late and still covered in vernix. He is a gifted/autistic child. 2nd son is gifted/ADHD. Both have food sensitivities.
Breastfed them both over a year.
Carried them (versus stroller).
Have given all of myself to them.

Generally I am an optimistic overachiever who has great creative energy for starting projects.
Extremely extremely tenacious.
Willing to yell at ppl (not afraid of conflict).
Uncomfortable (for years) with tender connection of any kind.
Don't want any physical contact.
Low level noise is upsetting
Always been disorganized.
Overly precise with language
Seeker of information and understanding
Am empathetic and don't want to be.
Prefer to (be) away from home (we vacation A LOT. I prefer the diversion and suspension of how things are at home).
Not aware of a precipitating event/tragedy, but have had death of friend and family, abortion, sickness, and divorce (mother divorced 5x) all around me.
I never cry.
Brain seems to settle and organize 10-11PM, this is when I feel I can accomplish the things I failed to get done during the day.
Live naturally, no drugs/medications.
Have started drinking alcohol at night to be able to relax and sleep.
Had 2 natural childbirths.
Had trouble getting pregnant the first time.

Mother of 2 special needs kid.
Married.
45 years old
Used to be energetic and capable.
Used to handle many many things at once.
Have generally given up.

Am familiar with homeopathy. Am hopeful for some help.
