The ABC Homeopathy Forum

mild depression, irritability, mental exhaustion, apathy, disinterent. Sepia?

Hi there! I am new to the forum. I have been struggling with depression and lack of interest since the birth of my second child and (4 weeks after delivery) the loss of my mother. That was 4yrs ago. From what I have read over the last few days I am a typical sepia personality. There are 2 major differences in all of the "traits" for sepia. I am not tall, lean and athletic. I am obese and have been for 25yrs. I am also happy to be the housewife and mom and am very nurturing. Both of these are opposites of what are listed. I am not willing to take pharmaceutical antidepressants and am searching for something to help. I guess I need to know where to start? There are no homeopaths within an hour of me that I can find so i have turned to the internet for help. Thank you!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Is it possible to be a combination of calc carb and sepia? I have several of the calc carb traits as well but way more sepia.
