Sinus/Headache

Need help again. As soon as I stopped nat mur the problem had returned within two days

Today I am suffering very sore eyes, burning, my face is puffed and bloated, my eyeballs are tender and I have headache above the eyes. My throat is red at the back and I have a watery discharge from my nose.

Trouble is now I am not sure if it is sinus or hayfever or another allergy so unsure what to do. I've taken an antihistamine tablet this morning to try a process of elimination and although it's eased a bit of the burning it's done nothing for the puffiness in the face and eyes. Please can you help?

Re: Remedy in water From kohler on 2015-10-05
Well went to the Dr today and said to take only paracetemol and steam inhalations which I've done.

Can anyone suggest the best remedy to take for this headache over the eyes, really heavy looking in the face, puffiness and bloat and nose alters from running water to being stopped up and congested - back of throat is phlegmy today. Sick of this now - 5 weeks it's been going on.

Grateful for help and suggestions.

You can relieve your present condition by taking BRYONIA 30C once every 4 hours till you are comfortable.

Later, once you are better, we will decide on the remedy for long term cure.

Thank you - will let you know how I get on

Feeling a bit better today Friday - now what do I do?

Hate the thought that this may return again as this time it has been really bad

kohler 8 years ago
If this returns you can take Bryonia again. However, I feel if you take a few doses of Bryonia 200C it will not return so soon.

Once you are completely fine, describe your personality and illnesses that you have suffered since childhood. Based on your inputs I will try to find out your homeopathic constitution at present. A few doses of that will help you become healthier and avoid recurrence of such diseases.

ok thank you

I will let you know how I get on and perhaps we can take it that step further with other issues I've had a long time i.e. bloating

And I would like to say thank you for your help getting rid of this problem

You are welcome.

Oh dear - it's back again - it seems as soon as I stop taking a remedy two days later it's back again. Why is this. It seems to come and go during the day and I do feel a bit mucusy at the back of the throat today.

kohler 8 years ago
So, if the symptoms and modalities are exactly the same, Bryonia should work again. If 30C potency doesn't bring long term relief, go for 200C after a few doses of 30C.

OK will repeat dose - thank you
