Erectile dysfunction Urgent Help

I am 29 years old unmarried guy,(6ft height,bulky body,88Kg)Masturbating from last 15years regularly. From 2003-2009 I was in a relationship, my erection & ejaculation was perfect. Post 2009 I am single rarely intimated with any. In these years I lost fully Morning Erection or normal erection. Few days ago my new Girlfriend ... I did all foreplay but didn't got erection or proper stiffness in Penis for even 2 minutes to do intercourse.even I tried 1 capsule of Titanic K2 but not worked. It was very embarassing and depressing.
Help urgently with medicine.

mind - little stressed fr job.

behaviour - calm,peace.

depres about your problem - ya job & financial Probs.

relationship with family members - not good due to not having stable job.

anger - negligible

hunger - good

thirst - good

any other health issue - prone to cold & cough.

blood pressure (with or without medication)

pulse rate if you know- no idea.

any injury to your penis in past - no.

are you doing any exercise - brisk walking.

you like sweets or salt? Salt more Sweets rare and selective.

how is your sleeping? Fine.

Well about food habit I eat both veg & non veg. Passionate smoker 4-5 ciggs daily from more than a decade.

please take

Caladium Seguinum 200c

one dose everyday for 7 days

then report me the results

one dose means

if remedy in liquid form then 4 drops from liquid mix it with 1 teaspoon full mineral water only and sip slowly or u can take 2 drops directly on tounge

or if in globules form then

6 globules on tounge

don't eat capsicum

alcohol and coffee should not consume

don't have sex upto 10 days from first dose then have sex after 10 days and report me

As per ur instructions I took Caladium Seg.200 for 7 days.
I took it of Dr.Reckweg in liquid form.
No Coffee, Capsicum.Even no Alcohol.Then 3days gap without Medicine. Total after 10days Today I tried for intercourse but it was again Same Shameful Condition. No proper Erection even for a minute.
Very Embarrassed.
Please Urgent Help to ...

Thanks for looking forward.
Erection was hardly for few minutes that also not strong enough to properly continue intercourse.
Even when it erects rarely on its own,then also for fraction of minutes.
Please help.
