I had colocynth 200 for 3 days. I finished it day before. I got my periods yesterday.

After I had the first dose, back pain significantly reduced. By the time I had 3rd dose it came down a lot.

But since yesterday the pain is coming back. Also due to the periods I guess.

I have been having digestion issues since 4,5 days. White coating on tongue. Sometimes sort of upset stomach and some times constipation. Right now it's constipation.

Dear Nawaz ji,

I took the first dose of staphysagria 200. I had it normally. Was I supposed to mix in water?

I did feel improvement in mind too. I felt less stressed and irritated. After colocynth.

But today I am feeling too ill. Unable to sleep because of terrible indigestion / constipation. Terrible head ache on left side of head. Very bloated stomach. Weather here is constant 45 to 50C. Nights are as hot as 40C. Inspite of maintaining cold at home, I feel the heat is getting on to me and its v v dry here. Trying to stay hydrated. But seems not enough.

Sorry I am not sure if I am supposed to mix every remedy you suggest in water. Second dose onward I mixed in water.

Unfortunately , I haven't found why relief since last night. Still unbearable head ache. Now it shifted to right side. V weak. Bloated.
Periods are too heavy because last month it skipped. So overall I am feeling too u well. Unable to get out of bed.

Yes sure always mix in mineral water since you had mentioned.

It's was more than 20hours of crazy head ache and I couldn't take it anymore. So I took Advil. I know it's wrong to interfere the course you have. I had more than 8 hrs gap between the homeo though. . I was in bed since last evening. It ate my head up. Finally the head ache went after Advil. Thought I should update you.

I finished my staphysagria 200 on 23rd.
Honestly I haven't felt any different. I feel still v weak. Stomach isn't good still. The indigestion is bothering.
The lower back pain which has gone for few days is back ( l5-s1 area to coccyx ). Feeling v depressed. Things aren't too well for me. And all this tensions at home just ain't letting me move fwd in life. I was trying a lot to take things smartly and be responsible and strong but I'm failing again.
I totally just feel like doing nothing yet wanna do a lot.

Sorry for all the troubles.
I should be done with my periods tommorow.

I really am getting the pressure from parents to get my ovary Dermoid removed. Do u still think anything can be done. It's been really long. I m also worrying now.

Dear Nawazji,

I'm still having stressed mind. Feel exhausted.
Lower back pain is lesser now. Body aches are tad less.

But I am having bad situation down there. It's been v itchy and extremely dry. I was feeling it a bit even during my periods. But now after the periods also, it's feeling too itchy. I hardly have any discharge. Just feels itchy all over there. This isn't typical for me even if I get the yeast infection.

Wanted to mention this. I went through our thread and noticed you had asked me to take hydrastis 30 on Jan 14 2016.

"Please start taking Hydrastis 30C, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, 3 times a day, for 5 days. Please do not take this remedy during period. "

I had taken it for 3 days and then had my appendix surgery and things got side tracked.


Can't believe it's been 6 months almost since then and something or the other just kept happening. Now I just want to concentrate on the ovarian Dermoid with your help.

You misunderstood me. I didn't say I had appendix operation due to "hydrastis". I was just telling you the sequence of events and why you never got chance to treat my Dermoid issue.
I pasted the old notes only because I have always been told to remind the prescribing homeopath what remedies have been taken in past.

I have never doubted your remedies or I wouldn't be sticking so long and thanking you everyday of my life.
